We chose this place for marvellous location near to the airport on time at 5 AM on a Sunday and a convenient supermarket, bus stop and a lot of shops and restaurants, and good prices. Very kind and nice staff and hostess, they treated us like family. The room was extremely spacious provided with balcony.

I recently stayed at Kostas Studios in Faliraki during my travels and found it to be a convenient and comfortable choice. The fact that it is located just a short 12 km from the nearest airport, Diagoras, made my journey hassle-free. As I was only staying there for transit purposes, this proximity was incredibly convenient and saved me valuable time. the self-catered accommodation provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area.

While the location of Kostas Studios was great in terms of its proximity to the airport, it was a bit further away from the beach than I typically prefer. It was about a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach, which wasn't a major inconvenience but something to consider for those who prioritize beachfront access.

We had an amazing experience at Kostas Studios in Faliraki. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, mini stove, and all necessary kitchenware. the room was regularly cleaned and the towels and sheets were changed regularly. the host was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect - close enough to the center to walk, but far enough to avoid the noise. We highly recommend Kostas Studios for families, couples, or solo travelers. Cons: Everything is what I need and want. 🌟.

We had a very lovely stay in Faliraki right by the airport as well as the center of Faliraki. Location was marvelous and unbeatable, close to the beach.

The room was modern and quite spacious with a balcony. The location was perfect, close to the airport for my early Sunday flight.- There were shops, a supermarket, and many great restaurants nearby.- The studio was conveniently located near the beach.

The air-conditioned units at Kostas Studios were a lifesaver for a light sleeper like me. I slept like a baby! Having a private bathroom with a shower was a huge plus. No sharing or waiting in line. The balcony in the apartment was amazing. Perfect for sipping morning coffee and enjoying the view. I loved that the studio had kitchenware. It made it feel like a home away from home. The tile/marble floor in the studio was a nice touch. It added a touch of elegance.

While some might enjoy it, I didn't love the fact that one of the apartments had a stovetop.

Plus, it was just a quick stroll to the beautiful beach. I loved my experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great seaside getaway on a budget!

That the room wasn't cleaned every day, as it was a studio and not a hotel room. the shower and toilet didn't always flow as smoothly as they should have.

Personally, I found the sofa in the studio a bit uncomfortable. However, I understand that some people might still find it suitable for their needs.

The balcony overlooking the garden was like having my own private oasis. I could sit out there with a morning cup of coffee and feel like I was in a lush, tropical paradise. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay.
